šŸ“¢: Some drums šŸ„ needed for this post!

Building general-purpose AI is a complicated task. Identifying the use cases requires us to find firms that would use our product, which is at its nascent stageā€”ā€Šand if this was not enoughā€Šā€”ā€Šgive us honest feedbackĀ as well. We have been fortunate to find amazing partners, who have helped us build Hazlo line by line.

Now Hazlo can easily ingest unstructured data and provide valuable insights to early-stage firms, and it does this with stylešŸ˜Ž. However, as we move forward our focus now shifts from building the best AI to building the most accessible AI.

So what does the most accessible AI look like? What may be accessible for one firm may not even work for another. To build better we tried to put ourselves in our usersā€™ shoes, and it started to make sense.

There are broadly two categories of users. First, who use Hazlo internally within their organization, and second, who expose Hazlo to their customers. We want to build for both and make Hazlo as easy to use as it can be.

For the first set, rapid deployment and seamless access from a number of gateways are crucial. Most early-stage firms have small teams, and internal communication largely happens on chat services, this is a known fact. When we sat down for one of the weekly feedback meetings with a client, the focus were the challenges her employees faced due to repeated logins into our web app. This sparked an internal discussion which led to (šŸ„ drum roll please) Bot based access šŸ¦¾. We are shipping out this feature with our public beta launch, in the coming week. You can now converse with your ML model, in natural language, via all major messaging services. Behold, the AI of the future!āœØ

And this is not it, not at all. For the second set of our clients who expose our output to their users, we are giving them the ability to integrate Hazlo into their website via HTML embedsšŸ’». Just one line of code into your website and Hazlo will take care of everything. These embeds do away with the need to make frontends explicitly for Hazlo. The devs out there can breathe a sigh of relief.

APIs are good. HTML embeds are just easier.

More exciting stuff is yet to come! Keep calm and wait for Hazloā€™s public beta!
